At EK Group, we can cover travel throughout the United Kingdom. Our headquarters are located in Newcastle, England.
The booking fee will be in the form of a 50% deposit of the total price of the service. Your booking will be valid once the deposit has been paid in full as we then remove the vehicle from being used on any other venue of the same day. We are unable to refund this deposit except in exceptional circumstances.
The recommended length of time for booking a chauffeur is about 4 weeks prior to the travel date, however if you require more urgent enquiries please contact us directly and we can try and arrange something to suit your needs.
If you cancel after 48 hours from booking your chauffeured vehicle, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 2 months from the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the start of the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer
Rescheduling a booking can be organised by contacting us as soon as possible. You may be subject to a fee for the cancellation of the original booking if we are not given an advanced notice of cancellation.
We will always try to get you to your destination as safely as possible and take all precautions to ensure your safety in bad weather conditions. If the driving conditions are too severe then we will offer you a full refund or try to reschedule if possible.
We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our vehicles. You can however ask the driver to stop where appropriate for a smoking break. As this may not be included in the travel itinerary, charges may apply.

Internet usage is a service that is included within the price of the chauffeured vehicle.
